Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a promotion's specific page states otherwise. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of any promotion before claiming. xq999 will not retrospectively apply alternative terms to a bonus that has already been claimed.

- 4Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate a promotion — including through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Fair Use
Prohibited Conduct
xq999 maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Game Rules, Malfunctions and Disputes
All games available on xq999 are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by that provider's own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. xq999 adopts those rules as part of its platform terms. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game provider's rules impose a stricter standard in favour of the player.
xq999 does not control real-time game outcomes. All results are produced by the game provider's certified RNG system and cannot be altered by xq999 after the fact. If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — such as a disconnection or server error — the round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant provider's published malfunction policy. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided and stakes refunded.
How to Raise a Dispute
If you believe an error has occurred in a game round or in the crediting of a payout, you must contact xq999 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed transaction. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. Please include your account username, the game name, the date and time of the disputed round, and a description of the issue.
xq999's Decision
xq999 will investigate all disputes promptly and in good faith. The outcome of xq999's internal investigation is final and binding. xq999's determination on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status and withdrawal approvals constitutes the final resolution of any dispute raised under these Terms.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the xq999 platform — including but not limited to server outages, payment processing errors or game display errors — xq999 reserves the right to void affected transactions, suspend affected games and withhold payouts until the malfunction is resolved and transactions are verified. xq999 is not liable for losses caused by technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

All account holders have the right to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders from within their account settings. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond xq999's control may cause temporary unavailability. xq999 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime or unavailability.
Third-Party Services

Any issue arising from a third-party game provider or payment processor should be raised with xq999 support, who will liaise with the relevant third party on the player's behalf.
Changes to Terms
